Why do ERP Implementations Fail/Succeed?</o:p>
Case #1 </o:p>
</o:p>
In your courses, you have learned about working with the ERP product called SAP. As you know, it can be a very integrated system which allows data to be used by different modules which can make implementation very difficult. With this is mind, you can learn from others on what they did to succeed and what they should have done to not fail.

Your paper should include the following:
</o:p>
Detail 3 ERP implementations that have failed (give background/goals of project, company information if you have it, etc.)
Your opinion on what they should have done (lessons learned) - I want you to use your experiences and what you have learned in this class to tell me why you think the project failed. How would you have done it better?
Detail 3 ERP implementations that have been successful (give background/goals of project, company information if you have it, etc.)Click here for more on this paper.......
Your opinion on what they did that made it successful. (ie What went well?)
Define how “success” and “failure” can have varying levels of definition (hint – if you change scope did you fail or is that a success because you went live? This is a starting point. Grow it from here.)
