Noise (interference) in the Communication Process

Discuss three examples of psychological "noise" you've experienced in various conversations. For each example, answer the following:

What was the source of noise?
How did the noise impact communication?
What could you do to reduce the noise? (Consider the sender's as well as the receiver's responsibilities.)
Is it possible to have communication that is absolutely noise-free?
