We live in an age of immediate communication. Recruiters are using new tactics to verify information on resumes. Critically review your own Facebook, LinkedIn, or other online social networking site. What information is appropriate to place in these forums? What shouldn't be shared and why? Should employers have the right to seek out these personal postings and make decisions about you based on what they read? Why or why not?
